ECDC has been serving newcomers to America since 1983. To celebrate our 27 years of service to the multicultural community, ECDC will be hosting an annual banquet on Tuesday, May 4, 2010, at the Holiday Inn Arlington in Arlington, Virginia.

Dinner is $75.00 per individual for non-conference participants.
