Capitol Hill Visit
I am interested in the Capital Hill congressional visits and want to be assigned to a group ahead of time.
I will make an appointment ahead of time and notify ECDC after securing an appointment.

BANQUET: The banquet will be held May 5, 2009 at the Holiday Inn at Ballston. Participants who have registered for all 3 days of the conference will automatically receive a banquet ticket and can have guests join them for a discounted rate of $50 per person. One-day participants will have to purchase a banquet ticket separately if they plan to attend. Banquet registration information will be posted soon.

HOTEL INFORAMTION: The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Arlington at Ballston located at 4610 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington VA 22203. Phone: 703-243-9800. Overnight lodging is $139.00 plus tax per night. The hotel will guarantee this rate until April 20, 2009.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will be assessed a $75.00 administrative fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and received before April 20, 2009. No refunds will be made after April 20, 2009.
